About
Peter Iglinski I've worked in both commercial and public radio over a career that started in 1978. My professional highlight came in 1986 when I was elected President of the Public Radio News Directors Incorporated, a national service organization for public radio journalists. It was in radio that I learned the subtleties of verbal communication and how to write in an engaging, easily understood manner. I've also been active in Toastmasters, the largest international organization devoted to public speaking. I served as Area Governor and Club President. Toastmasters helped me fully develop my skills as a public speaker, mentor, and coach. I recommend Toastmasters for anyone. I started Speech Repair in 1999 in order to help others with their own speaking skills. I make my home in the Rochester, NY area.
